RULES OF PROCEDURE ROTILIO FLATS
Decree 52/2011, of 24 March, which establishes the management of tourist flats and dwellings in the Autonomous Community of Galicia, states that tourist flat and dwelling establishments may have internal rules and regulations that establish mandatory rules for users during their stay, without in any case may involve discrimination on grounds of birth, race, sex, religion, opinion or other personal or social circumstance.
The internal regulations may determine the conditions of admission, the rules of coexistence and operation, as well as everything that allows and favours the normal enjoyment of the facilities, equipment and services, without contravening the provisions of current legislation, and will also be available to users in a visible place in the establishment, and will include the following sections
Reservations
Reservations can be made via e-mail to the following account reservas@apartamentosrotilio.comvia the form on our website https://www.apartamentosrotilio.com or by telephone on +34 986 72 02 00 For the reservation to be effective, 50 % of the total amount of the stay must be paid, either by bank transfer or by credit card. This amount must be paid within 24 hours of acceptance of the reservation, otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled.
Cancellation policy
The formalisation of the reservation will be effective with the payment of 50 % of the total amount of the stay, this amount being refundable in the event of cancellation of the reservation 30 days prior to the date of arrival. If the cancellation is made after 30 days prior to arrival, the amount paid will not be refunded.
If the reason for cancellation is attributable to a case of force majeure, this amount will remain as a deposit for a future stay.
Use of accommodation
On arrival at the establishment and after checking that you have booked the accommodation, you must fill in a form at the entrance, which in turn will be sent to the state security forces in accordance with current legislation on accommodation, so it will be compulsory to present the ID card or passport of all occupants. This information may also be requested prior to the arrival of customers through an online check in system.
The occupation of the flat implies the express acceptance by the client of the rules of the internal regime.
Behaviour
The client and his/her companions must behave in a civic manner and respect the general rules of coexistence. Any activity that disturbs the normal harmony of the community in which the accommodation is located, such as loud music, noise or parties, and which provokes well-founded complaints from neighbours, will be grounds for immediate eviction from the flat, without the right to compensation or refund of any amount paid.
Vacating the flats
Failure by customers to comply with any of the prohibitions established in these regulations shall entitle the Company to terminate the contract. The owner of the establishment may request the assistance of the agents of the authority to evict users who do not comply with the internal rules and regulations or who attempt to access or remain in the establishment for any purpose other than the normal use of the service.
Prohibitions
It is forbidden for customers:
- Bringing furniture into the accommodation or carrying out work or repairs, however minor, without written authorisation from the Company.
- accommodating more persons than the maximum capacity of the accommodation. (1-bedroom flat, max. capacity 4 occupants, 2-bedroom flat, max. capacity 6 occupants)
- No person other than the declared occupants is allowed to stay after 22h.
- Minors are not allowed to occupy the flats without their parents or guardians staying in the same flat, or in an adjoining or adjoining flat, during the same period of stay.
- To exercise the activity of lodging in the accommodation or to use it for purposes other than those for which it has been contracted.
- Introducing explosive or flammable materials or substances or other substances that may cause damage or nuisance to other occupants of the property.
- Carrying out any activity that violates the usual rules of coexistence or the normal operating regime.
- It is forbidden to use, without authorisation, equipment that significantly alters the consumption foreseen in the supplies.
- It is forbidden to organise festivities (parties, binge drinking, stag and hen parties...)
- The hours of rest are from 23.00 h. to 10.00 h. on weekdays and from 00.00 h. to 10.00 h. on public holidays, and during these periods, any type of activity that disturbs the rest in any way is strictly forbidden.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Children under 25 years of age are not allowed to book, unless accompanied by their parents or guardians.
- Pets are not allowed, except for guide dogs.
Obligations of users
Observe the rules of safety, coexistence and hygiene. Comply with the rules set out in the internal regulations. Respect the establishment, its equipment and facilities.
In relation to the payment of the stay, this must be made in full by the client at the time of occupancy of the flats.
The owner reserves the right to require a deposit of 500,00 € on delivery of the keys, which will be returned within 24 hours after departure, once the condition of the flat and its equipment have been checked.
The company is not responsible for the personal belongings of guests or accompanying persons that are not deposited in the flat's safe.
Inputs and outputs
The flats are open from 17.00 hours on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12.00 hours on the day of departure.
