After 50 years of experience, the Bermúdez family decided to reinvent themselves and transform their hotel, which opened in 1973, into a charming complex of tourist flats, with all the comforts, right in the marina of Sanxenxo.

In 1973, our grandparents, Carmen and Rotilio, opened a 32-room hotel with a restaurant on the ground floor. The family motto was to make our guests feel at home. 

This spirit was passed on to his sons, Manicha and Rotilio, who in 1987 added an extra floor to the building for use as a hotel, as well as the addition of the cafeteria on the sixth floor, with unbeatable views of the sea.

During the 1990s and 2000s, the two brothers achieved important milestones such as the recognition of their hotel and restaurant in many gastronomic and travel guides. 

In this decade, and as a consequence of their golden wedding anniversary, the family decided to transform their 3-star hotel into an apartment complex, to offer a more informal, more modern product, always with the good work handed down by our grandparents to the third generation at the head of the family business.
